CVector Anti-Spam Policy
CVector Energy Corp ("CVector", "we") does not send, and does not permit anyone acting on its behalf to send, unsolicited bulk email ("spam") to advertise cvector.com or any other domain owned or operated by CVector, including but not limited to joincvector.com, launchcvector.com and mailcvector.com (together, the "CVector Domains").
1. Scope
This policy applies to CVector, its officers, employees, contractors, agencies, affiliates, resellers, partners and any other third party that sends email that mentions, links to or otherwise promotes a CVector Domain.
2. What we prohibit
Nobody may promote a CVector Domain by:
- sending bulk email to recipients who have not requested it or who have no business relationship or reasonable business interest in CVector's industrial margin-optimization software;
- sending email with false, misleading or forged header information, sender identities or subject lines;
- harvesting email addresses from websites, purchasing consumer email lists, or using dictionary or brute-force address generation;
- sending email through open relays, open proxies, compromised systems or any infrastructure not authorized by CVector;
- ignoring or delaying an opt-out request, or continuing to email a recipient who has asked not to be contacted;
- using redirectors, URL shorteners or third-party domains to disguise a link to a CVector Domain.
3. How CVector uses email
CVector sends two kinds of email:
- Transactional and account email to customers and users of the CVector platform.
- Business-to-business outreach, in low volume, to individually identified professionals at industrial companies whose role is relevant to plant operations, energy or margin optimization. Every such message identifies CVector as the sender, is sent from a CVector-owned domain that resolves to cvector.com, includes our postal address, and includes a clear and free way to opt out.
All CVector email is sent through authenticated mail servers with SPF, DKIM and DMARC (p=reject) in place. We honor every opt-out request within ten business days and maintain a permanent suppression list so opted-out addresses are never contacted again.
4. Affiliates and third parties
CVector does not operate an affiliate program and does not pay third parties to generate email traffic to any CVector Domain. Any vendor or agency that sends email on CVector's behalf must agree in writing to this policy. Any third party found promoting a CVector Domain through unsolicited email will have its relationship with CVector terminated and may be reported to its email provider and to the relevant authorities.
5. Compliance
CVector complies with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) where applicable, and the anti-spam requirements of the email providers we use. Employees or contractors who violate this policy are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
6. Reporting
If you believe you have received unsolicited email promoting a CVector Domain, please forward the complete message, including full headers, to compliance@cvector.com. We investigate every report and will confirm removal of your address on request.
